Dear parents and carers,

Rainbows going to big school
We are busy preparing your child’s transition to school; some schools are visiting us to see the children, some have home visits, some have stay and plays at their new school. Every school was invited to our teacher’s tea, so there are lots of opportunities for us to share your child’s development and we will support you in every way at this exciting time.

1pm home time and goodbyes

Watch this space
We are planning to go to Chandos court to sing but we need some extra volunteers – let us know if you may be able to help.

Holiday stay & play days
We are looking into the viability of opening the building on a Wednesday morning in the holidays for a stay and play session for every age (0 to teenagers). This would give you a chance to catch up with each other and for the children to have some company. This is just in the consideration stage at the moment but we would really like to make this work……please let Sara Rouse know your thoughts.

Big clean up
We have to clean every single item at Little Stars for the end of term – a big job! If you could help us by coming along during the week of 16th July to help wash toys etc we would be really grateful. Coffee and tea will be available for you, maybe come with another Mummy friend and you can chat and catch up while you clean.

Autumn term begins
On Wednesday 5th September Little Stars will re-open for the Autumn term. We have a training day on the 3rd and setting up day on the 4th September.

Spreading the word.
Please find attached one of our new leaflets. Could you put it up in your local shop, school or toddler group for us? We have found that most people come to Little Stars as they have heard about us by word of mouth, so please remember to recommend us to friends or new families that you meet both now and in the future.

What a term! Lots of fun, sharing and learning together.

Sara & all the Little Stars Team
